What’s Included?
- Dusting: Dust and wipe down all surfaces including desks, tables, shelves, windowsills, file cabinets, and light fixtures.
- High-Touch Surfaces: Disinfect and wipe down frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, phones, keyboards, elevator buttons, and remote controls.
- Sweeping & Mopping: Sweep and mop hard floors, including tile, wood, vinyl, and laminate. Focus on high-traffic areas like entryways and hallways.
- Trash and Recycling Removal: Empty all trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of the waste in the proper facilities.
- Sinks and Countertops: Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, and countertops. Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders as needed.
- Mirrors: Clean and shine mirrors to remove streaks and watermarks.
- Toilets and Urinals: Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, and surrounding areas. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, including the flush handles.
- Disinfection: Sanitize all touchpoints like door handles, faucets, light switches, and soap dispensers.
- Appliance Cleaning: Clean the exterior and interior of common kitchen appliances, such as microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines.
- Cabinets and Drawers: Wipe down the exterior of cabinets and drawers. Clean the inside if requested or as needed.
- Equipment Cleaning: Clean office equipment like phones, fax machines, printers, and computers, including wiping down screens, keyboards, and monitors.
- Interior and Exterior Glass Cleaning: Both interior and exterior windows cleaned to maintain a professional appearance. Windows can attract dirt and streaks, and periodic cleaning ensures clear visibility and an attractive facade.
